Myofascial cupping is used to compliment your massage. The goal is to break up adhesions and create more movement between the fascia and muscle. An additional $10 charge will be added for this addition to any massage.

Enjoy a massage using basalt stones which are derived from volcanic rock that conduct heat in the most amazing ways to get deeper into the muscles and provide further relaxation. We also offer cold stone therapy.
Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes/colognes or body sprays to your appointment. As some of our therapists have a sensitivity to these as well as clients who often have allergies to certain scents, we'd like to respect the air that everyone shares.
Nghi Sansom (Owner, Registered Massage Therapist)
Nghi graduated in 2001 from Centennial College of Applied Arts and Science with high honours in Massage Therapy. She has always been passionate of how the body works, movement, functionality and natural healing modalities. She is caring and loves to see the progress that her clients make with every treatment. She is also certified in myofascial cupping and can incorporate it into her treatments. She opened the clinic in 2021.
Amanda Walker (Registered Massage Therapist)
Amanda graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2019.She loves getting to know her clients and figuring out ways to maximize each treatment. Massages that she offers are deep tissue, prenatal, and relaxation. She hopes to continue her career and expand it with modalities such at myofascial cupping.
Roxy Fisher (Registered Massage Therapist)
Roxy Fisher received her diploma in Medical Massage Therapy at Axiom Career College in 2021. She is patient orientated and her main goal is to listen, learn and provide the best treatment plan for you. She is always smiling, kind, laid back and humerous. She hopes to continue her education in acupuncture and craniosacral release.
Michael has been practicing massage therapy since 2016, obtaining their certification in Advanced Massage Therapy from PIMT in Saskatoon and joining CMMOTA in 2017.Before joining our team at Haven, they worked at other clinics, giving 6+ years of experience in both relaxation and clinical treatment methods. Michael specializes in injury rehabilitation, headache and migraine treatment, and deep tissue massage. They also offer Hot and cold stone therapy.
Mandy Smith (Registered Massage Therapist)
Mandy was born in North Bay, Ontario. She is a recent graduate of PIMT and grew up with a parent in the military. She has graduated and worked in LTC as a care aid (PSW), and I have my bartending certificate. Being an RMT is her favorite job so far, as it doesn't feel like work and truly nurtures my healers heart. Hope to see you in my treatment room!
All massage treatment times include assessment, treatment, home care and dressing time. Myofascial cupping available upon request with an additional $10 charge.
